| • Your site cannot have a commercial nature of any sort. |
• The site must abide by our terms and conditions.

| The site will be awarded free hosting based on : |
- Originality - site must be a product of your own work, template-based designs such as those from Microsoft Frontpage will be automatically disqualified!
- Content - non violent, non commercial nature, and PG-13 rated!
- Design - has to be oustanding, exceptional, eye catching
- Navigation - logical, clearly implemented
- Site Loading Time - must be reasonably fast!
