If you have already ordered a hosting plan with us and would like to transfer your domain
name over, please follow the steps listed below. If you would like to make the DNS switch
yourself, our Nameservers are also listed below.
- Send an email to dnsform@website-works.com and you will receive back an autoreply that contains the DNS Modification form.
- Follow the instructions on the form and fill out only those spaces that pertain to this change. The top part will look like this:
Authorization
0a. (N)ew (M)odify (D)elete....:M
0b. Auth Scheme................:
0c. Auth Info..................:
Comments........:Changing service provider. Need to change PRIMARY, SECONDARY and
TECHNICAL CONTACT
Complete Domain Name.......: yourdomain.com
Then, leave everything else as it is.
- Finally, send it to domreg@website-works.com with the subject saying:
MODIFY DOMAIN yourdomain.com
And that should take care of it!
